Marcel Wanders was born in 1963 in Boxtel, Netherlands. He graduated cum laude from the School of Arts in Arnhem in 1988. He opened his studio in Amsterdam in 1995 and he quickly became well known for his 'knotted chair' design which was made by using high tech materials with 'low tech' production methods. He has worked with many well known premium brands such as Alessi, Swarowski, Puma to name a few.
He has been named as the 'Lady Gaga of Design', and we can see why; his work is original and most of all exciting. In 2006 he was awarded with the 'Designer of the Year' title by Elle Decoration, which is a huge achievement.

No Man's Land is a Dutch designed label, run by a head designer Anet Ooijman and her team. Anet comes from a very creative and technical family. She's been into fashion for as long as she can remember and working for various Italian brands after her graduation from a fashion academy inspired her to develop a few knitwear pieces upon request from her customers and since then the collection has only gotten bigger.
Made exclusively in Italy, these designs are made out of superb fabrics and luxurious colour palettes to inspire the wearer.
The brand combines wearability with a feminine look, and the refined basics made of natural high quality yarns look elegant and stylish.
